What is raw cacao butter?
Detox Your World's cacao butter is the UK's only raw, organically certified, chemical-free cocoa butter - the pure oil of the cacao bean.
Our cacao butter is created through a new proprietary cold-pressed method. This process begins by cold-pressing our very own cacao nibs into a "cake" so that the oil begins to separate from the protein and fibre. The temperature is never allowed to exceed (or even reach) 120 degrees Fahrenheit and is usually 104 degrees Fahrenheit (all other cocoa butters are exposed to temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit!). A high-accuracy thermometer is used throughout processing. Slowly, the pure, liquid cacao butter begins to sift off into a stainless steel valve that takes the cacao butter into a separate container where it is allowed to solidify ready for shipment!

How to use cacao butter
Cacao butter is edible and possesses an extraordinary rich, delicate chocolate aroma. Add a piece of this ecstatic butter to your favorite smoothie, dessert, ice cream or chocolate creation. Because it has not been damaged by heat, our cacao butter melts easily and blends nicely into any type of recipe. This makes it super fun and easy to use.
Cacao butter may be used as a skin moisturizer. It may be used as (or in conjunction with) a massage oil. We invite you to use cacao butter for intimate erotic encounters. You will hardly be able to believe the results. Also works well with raw Coconut Oil.
Storage

Superchocolate goji lemon bar
- 2 cups of goji berries
- 2 cups of cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 2 cups grated raw cacao butter
Add everything to a Vita-Mix and blend until smooth. Pour into any mould and put in the fridge to set.
Bonkers rawdechox bar
- 1 cup of cacao nibs
- 1 cup of raw carob powder
- 1/2 cup of Pure Synergy
- 1/4 cup of raw agave nectar
- 1 cup of grated raw cacao butter
- 1 teaspoon purple corn extract
- 1/2 teaspoon natural vitamin C powder
Certificate of analysis
Yearly, we recieve a certificate of analysis from our organic cacao growers. This covers all our cacao products: liquor, nibs, powder, beans and butter. It says many things, yet the most interesting part is the microbiological analysis. This is the bit that shows to us our chocolate products are safe for human consumption without being cooked. Staphylococus aureus, pseudomonas, aeruginoses, escherichila coli and salmonella are all tested as 100% absent from all our raw chocolate products.
