Recommended use
As a dietary supplement:
First week -400 mg per day (about 1/4 of a teaspoon of flakes) is a good place to start.
Second week - 800 mg per day (3/4 tsp. of flakes) per day.
Third Week - 1200 mg per day (1 level tsp. of flakes) per day.
Fourth week - 1.6 g per day (1 heaping tsp. of flakes) per day.
Children under 12: Take 1/2 the adult recommended dosage.
