Shipping Terms
99% of our orders are delivered within 1 - 4 working days after we receive the full payment.
Backorders and out of stock items will be shipped as they become available.
Items ordered from this site are for Shipment only, we have no facilities for collection.
Andila has the right to choose which courier to use for shipping in most cases this is Royal Mail.
The shipping cost is determined at the time of sale.
- FREE DELIVERY on UK orders over £50 - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days - This offer is on selected lines only (excluding bikes)
- Royal Mail UK Second Class Delivery - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
- Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery - Normally delivered within 1 - 2 working days.
- Royal Mail UK Special Delivery 1PM - Next working day if ordered before 1PM.
- ParcelForce - Normally delivered within 48 hrs.
- Bike Delivery - Can take up to 7 business days.
In the event of not receiving the package or of damage upon shipment,
please notify us within 5 working days after you have received the package. Save all packaging, both inside and out, in case an inspection is necessary. We will process the claim on your behalf.
Claims for non-delivery can only be be made 31 days after ordering and not before.
Non-United Kingdom Customers: All Shipping costs for returning goods, from Non-United Kingdom Customers, including shipping back replacement goods must be paid for fully by the customer before the goods are replaced. If shipping for return goods is not paid within 14 days, Andila will dispose of the goods.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
