- Royal Mail UK Second Class Delivery - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
- Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery - Normally delivered within 1 - 2 working days.
- Royal Mail UK Special Delivery 1PM - Next working day if ordered before 1PM.
- ParcelForce - Normally delivered within 48 hrs.
- Bike Delivery - Can take up to 7 working days.
- European Delivery - Normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Parcel requires a signature and the tracking number can be provided.
- Non-european Delivery - Normally delivered within 6 - 12 working days. Parcel requires a signature and the tracking number can be provided.
In the event of not receiving the package or of damage upon shipment,
please notify us within 5 working days after you have received the package. Save all packaging, both inside and out, in case an inspection is necessary. We will process the claim on your behalf.
Claims for non-delivery can only be be made 21 days after ordering and not before.(Royal Mail's Terms)
